Join us for a screening of the short documentary Small Town Queer — Conversion. Two intersecting storylines explore the current conversation surrounding conversion therapy. Devon Hargreaves and Jennifer Takahashi are working to have conversion therapy banned for minors throughout Canada, while Jay Whitehead shares his own personal and inspiring story. After the screening, Jay Whitehead, Devon Hargreaves and Jennifer Takahashi will participate in a discussion regarding the film and efforts that led to the ban of conversion therapy in Canada.
